Kasumi Knives are exquisitely crafted by masters of the trade, which are produced by Sumikama Cutlery in Seki, Japan.  Their advanced techniques allow them to produce Knives of the utmost quality.  Kasumi Knives are beveled at a 15 degree angle which gives them a superior sharpness.  The cutting blades of Kasumi Knives are made using only the best materials and each knife is finished off by the skilled hands of a craftsman.  Kasumi means ‘mist’ in Japanese , which is why the blades have the misty or hazy pattern uniquely crafted into each blade.
