The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the “www.yourhomedepot.com.au” web site ("the web site") and the company AER Group Pty Ltd trading as “Your Home Depot” (Australian Business Number) ABN 25 163 963 782, (Australian Company Number) ACN 163 963 782 (herein after referred to as “Your Home Depot”). Your use of the web site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By becoming a customer of Your Home Depot, the customer herein agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions listed on yourhomedepot.com.au.
All pricing is inclusive of GST and do not include delivery charges, unless indicated as “Free Delivery”. Our latest prices are those which are on our website (http://www.yourhomedepot.com.au/). Third party websites prices are not indicative of our latest pricing. In the event a cost price of the product unexpectedly changes from our suppliers after your order is placed, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your order. We reserve the right not to sell below cost price. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment. Please note that if an obviously incorrect price appears on our website, for example a price which is exceptionally low and for whatever reason, human error, technical error, IT issue etc, your order will be cancelled and refunded even it has been accepted initially.
At Your Home Depot we are constantly updating our product information and pricing to ensure that it is up to date and correct. However we take no responsibility if any information is incorrect and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product information is correct when purchasing.
We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post and contracted third parties. Delivery times are an indication and we endeavour to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. We will not be liable to anyone for any losses suffered or incurred due to any delivery delays or cancellations of orders. We will deliver to the address nominated on the order. All deliveries sent with our 3rd party contractor will require a signature as proof of delivery. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available on the day of delivery to receive the goods.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Your Home Depot does everything in its power to ensure that we meet the advertised delivery times as indicated on our website, however we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late deliveries or the loss of items by Australia Post or our third party contractors who are contracted to deliver the goods. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time frame we will launch an investigation, which may take several days to resolve. During this period no reimbursement or alternate item delivery will take place.
All stock levels listed on our website are informative in nature and correct at the time they were activated; however in some instances they may not be a true reflection of the current stock status. If you order an item that was marked as in stock or available and it is in fact not available we will ensure we advise you of this as soon as possible. We will offer either an exchange or refund in these situations.
If you wish to cancel your order please advise us prior to your item being logged for dispatch and you will receive a full refund or exchange. We recommend you call in this instance so you can receive confirmation from our customer service team that your order will be cancelled before dispatch.
If product is being returned for any reason, it is your responsibility to pack the item so that no damage, or further damage where the product was previously damaged, occurs. If a product is damaged during return delivery, the return will not be accepted.
