30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Your Home Depot offers a 30 day money back guarantee on your product if you change your mind on your purchase! Simply contact our customer service at sales@yourhomedepot.com.au or phone on 1300 795 985 and we'll arrange for the return. Please note a return delivery fee is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 which will be simply subtracted from your refund or store credit.

All change of mind returns must be unopened and in 'as new' condition including packaging and any unbroken seals. YHD will inspect all returned products once received and reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if a product is deemed to not be in 'as new' condition. It is also the responsibility of the customer to suitably package the product for safe return through the Post so as to avoid damage to the product. If a product and/or its packaging is damaged during return delivery, YHD reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if a product is deemed to not be in 'as new' condition as a result of damage during the return postage.

Receiving a Replacement, Credit or Refund

Your Home Depot will always endeavour to satisfy your return with a replacement product or store credit. In the event a replacement product cannot be provided, Your Home Depot will offer a store credit for the full order amount, less return delivery fees if applicable. Where a product is faulty, damaged or broken within 30 days of receipt and before usage, or an item is returned to Your Home Depot in ‘as new’ conditions a Change of Mind, you may request a full cash refund, less return delivery fees if applicable. Gift Cards are not able to be cancelled and are not redeemable for cash.

Returns Processing Time

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive your exchange, credit or refund after we receive and process your return in accordance with our policies. This process may take up to 7 business days.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to sales@yourhomedepot.com.au or call us directly on 1300 795 985. In the event your order has already been logged in our system for dispatch, you may be charged the delivery cost incurred by Your Home Depot.

Faulty, Broken and Damaged Product Returns

If you receive an order which you see or believe there is likelihood of fault, breakage or damage; please contact Your Home Depot as soon as possible with your order number and if possible photos of the damage. In this event:

  • If within 30 days from order receipt and prior to usage, Your Home Depot will pay for return delivery and send you a replacement product at our cost
  • If after 30 days from order receipt and prior to usage, Your Home Depot will charge a flat $15.00 return delivery fee, and will send you with a replacement product at our cost
  • If the product is faulty, broken or damaged after usage and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact Your Home Depot and we will assist with claiming your manufacturer’s warranty. Your Home Depot will charge a flat $15.00 return delivery fee. If the product is faulty, broken or damaged after usage and outside the manufacturer’s warranty period, please feel free to contact Your Home Depot however it is unlikely we’ll be able to help you with claiming your manufacturer’s warranty.
