The Tojiro DP Damascus Santoku Knife combines the quality of the DP 3-Layer Series with the benefits of Damascus steel. The Tojiro DP Damascus Santoku Knife is marked by its elegant ripple pattern on the blade, with each knife having a unique pattern.

The core of the Tojiro DP Damascus Santoku Knife is pure stain resistant high carbon steel cobalt alloy overlaid with 36 separate fine layers of high and low-carbon stainless steel. The fine layering of Damascus steel makes this knife exceptionally strong and flexible, reminiscent of Japanese swords.

The Tojiro DP Damascus Santoku Knife has a handle made from ECO resin impregnated wood for exceptional water resistance. ECO wood is an eco-friendly material with less shrinkage with age-related deterioration. The handle also has a bolster and three anchors to minimise the chance of cracks and loosening.
