Scanpan Fusion 5 is intelligent cookware, which makes for even better meals and has been designed to maximise both heat retention and heat distribution, which in turn minimizes cooking time and yields considerable energy savings. Fusion 5 is manufactured using three layers of rapid heat conducting aluminium; not just on the base, but right up the sides of the cookware. The aluminium is then enveloped in stainless steel. An 18/10 stainless steel layer is used for the interior for maximum durability, while the outer layer is 18/0 stainless steel.
