The Marcato Pasta Bike for Tortellini
This simple but versatile accessory has been completely renewed in both design and function. The new design is backed by high quality workmanship to make the gadget particularly sturdy and easy to use. By regulating the number and the distance between the wheels, the pasta can be cut in different sizes for obtaining Lasagne etc. By cutting the dough sheet first lengthwise and then across, squares of pasta can be obtained for Crackers and Tortellini. To remove and regulate the distance between the wheels, it is necessary to widen the handle by pulling outwards and then remove the rod as shown in the figure. The 9 sliding wheels on the rod are reinforced with metal inserts and the handle is made of crystal-clear polycarbonate.
