Five interchangeable, surgical-grade specialty blades offer cuts ranging from waffle to julienne and streamline virtually all slicing tasks, including a high performance V-blade from German steel that neatly slices the most delicate of foods. It has a 6-pronged safety grip good holder that ensures safe slicing, while it also offers greater freedom and agility during slicing tasks with 360 degree angle control, and simplified clean up with dishwasher-safe construction. The patent-pending easyset precision adjustment mechanism easily and automatically adjusts both the in-feed and out-feed decks to the precise depth you desire, while insuring consistent thickness across the entire slice. It requires only one hand to operate and is suited to both right and left handed operation.
