By releasing food and greasy food residue easily, the Total non-stick system helps to keep your Circulon Bakeware Square Cake Pan in good working order for longer. Grease and oil is washed off easily, so that it cannot carbonise and blacken the pan with time, and the heavy gauge carbon steel construction resists dints and warping with time.

To make roasting and baking extra enjoyable, Circulon Bakeware features a dual-layer non-stick surface, and the same distinctive circular grooves that feature on Circulon cookware. The non-stick grooves are designed to interrupt the contact food has with the surface of the pan, greatly aiding in the release of food and greasy food residue when serving and washing up.

To make handling the hot trays more safe, Circulon Bakeware features red silicone grips on the places of the trays and pans that you are likely to handle. Silicone dissipates heat more quickly than steel and provides a non-slip surface to grip onto, however they still get hot in the oven so make sure to use a tea towel or oven mitts.
