The Asian Knife Sharpener is a manual knife sharpener with diamond abrasive wheels that are set at the proper angle for sharpening and restoring the 15 degree angle of Santokus and other Asian blades and double-beveled blades. The sharpener has a two-stage sharpening system with one wheel for more severe tasks and one for quick refreshers. Knives are pulled smoothly through so the blade passes between the wheels and is properly sharpened on both sides - smoothing edges and removing burrs.
