Anolon Bakeware is made from heavy gauge carbon steel with a durable non-stick coating and features. Anolon SureGrip handles which are oversized with silicone inserts to provide bakers with a comfortable, secure grip, when using oven mitts. The perforated bottom of this crisper allows maximum heat to the bottom of the pan while allowing air to circulate and steam to escape so that foods brown on top and bottom. On a busy weeknight, this pan turns the mundane frozen French fry into an easy, satisfying side dish. One side of the pan has a wide trough so that foods slide easily from the pan to your platter.
