Can I purchase items in store?
Sort Of ! At this moment Your Home Depot is in an interim warehouse location that is open Monday to Friday and we would love to see you. Our products are not currently in a retail display format but we are more than happy to let you touch and feel any in stock product before purchase and ask our trained staff any questions you may have. There is plenty of onsite car parking and a bus stop right outside. We also have EFTPOS available. Our address is:

I've seen a product online, can I purchase it at your Retail Outlet?
Yes! As long as the product is showing as ‘in stock’ on our website, then you can purchase this in our Retail Outlet. If you would like to reconfirm the availability, please phone our Customer Service Team on 1300 795 985.
Do you have any other Retail Outlets?
At the moment we just have the one Retail Outlet in Sydney. However our warehouse team are very fast at dispatching online orders! Please see here for estimated delivery times.
Is this product in stock?
Yes! All ‘in stock’ products are in our Sydney warehouse ready to be picked, packed and dispatched on the same day if your order is placed by 2pm AEST Monday to Friday. Online orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the same day from the Monday, or next business day.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! Please prepare the list of products you would like to purchase and then call 1300 795 985. Our Customer Service Team are product trained and are able to assist you with any questions you may have regarding a product.
How much does Delivery cost?
Your Home Depot offers all customers a flat shipping rate of $9.90 on orders up to 10kg* nationwide. For big & bulky orders (over 10kg*), delivery is calculated at checkout based on your postcode. If you would like Express Delivery, you may calculate this on the product page or Shopping Cart page by simply selecting your delivery method and entering your postcode.
Do you deliver internationally?
Your Home Depot delivers Australia wide; and we are now expanding into New Zealand delivery for many products in our store. If you’d like to arrange delivery to New Zealand and it’s not available through Checkout, please give us a call or send us an email.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, Your Home Depot delivers to PO Boxes, residential addresses and business addresses within Australia.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard. We also accept American Express with a 2% surcharge.

We accept bank transfer/direct deposit. Please use your invoice number as the transaction reference. Your order will be shipped once payment is received.

When will I receive my order?
Your Home Depot understands the importance of getting orders delivered to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day! The delivery time depends on the location, however orders are usually delivered between 1 and 10 business days from the date of your order. As a guide:

Do you offer Express Delivery?
Yes we do! Just select this option at checkout for next business day delivery to most parts of Australia. To check if your postcode is eligible for next business day Express Delivery, please click here. If you choose Express Delivery and your postcode is not eligible for next business day Express Delivery, we will still dispatch as Express Delivery however you may not receive your order the next business day (though usually a lot faster than Regular Australia Post Delivery).
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a delivery tracking number – this will be emailed to you directly, as well as being available to view via your account. You can track the location and expected delivery timeframe of your order here [tracking option here: “insert order number”] or by logging into your account here.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you think that your order should have been delivered already, please first track the parcel here using your order number or login to your account where you can track the parcel. Alternatively, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team can assist.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been logged for dispatch from our warehouse, you may cancel your order. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling our customer service team directly on 1300 795 985 or email us at email@example.com.

Can I return my order for a refund once it has been delivered?
If you need to return an order please send us an email at email@example.com so we can assist you further. Please note that all customers need to pay for the return postage and all items that are returned must be brand new, unused and unopened. Your Home Depot charges a minimum return fee of $15 to cover handling and postage charges incurred to return the item to us. My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we are made aware of the situation we will assist you further in getting the item returned to us and a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
