Same Day Dispatch
Confirmed orders placed online before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday will be picked, packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within the same day. Confirmed orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the same day from the Monday, or next business day.
Your Home Depot offers all customers a flat shipping rate of $9.90 on orders up to 10kg* nationwide. For big & bulky orders (over 10kg*), delivery is calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Your order will be dispatched via Regular Australia Post Delivery.
Regular Australia Post Delivery can take anywhere between 1-8 days from the day of dispatch, depending on the location within Australia. As a guide:

Click & Collect - Sydney (In-store pickup)
Your Home Depot offers FREE in-store pick up from our Retail Outlet in Rydalmere, Sydney. To pick up your order in-store, once you input a NSW postcode you can just select the 'In-store Pickup' option at the checkout - for all in-store pick ups, you MUST bring photo ID; and if your order was made via credit card, then the original card used for this transaction must also be provided as proof of purchase.
Your Home Depot now offers delivery to New Zealand. Please just select New Zealand from the country option during checkout and fill in your details accordingly. For all New Zealand sales, any excess customs, GST or duty are the customer's responsbility and we cannot accept returns based on additional charges. However, in many situations and especially with items under $200 in value there is no excess customs, duty or GST to pay. No Australian GST applies to orders delivered to New Zealand - this will automatically be subtracted from your basket during checkout. Please check the following NZ Customs link for all information about buying from Australia with an online calculator to calculate what you may be required to pay.

Order status and tracking
To check the status of your order, please log in to your account and all order information is accessible. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a delivery tracking number – this will be emailed to you directly, as well as being available to view via your account.

If you would like to insure your order for loss or damage in transit, please confirm this option at the Checkout. Your Home Depot packages items very securely for transit with product protection in mind; however for peace of mind we advise to confirm this option during the Checkout.
