TERMS OF USE
Customers should note that while shopping online with Your Home Depot they are subject to governing Terms & Conditions below, which should be reviewed before any orders are placed. These Terms & Conditions exist without exception, and customers should recognise them as part of their agreement to use the Your Home Depot website. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the given Terms & Conditions without notice, and as such, ask that customers review them each time they use Your Home Depot.

PRODUCT IMAGES, DESCRIPTIONS AND INFORMATION
Your Home Depot has done its best to ensure images of our product range are accurate depictions of the actual product, however we do not guarantee that the differences in a monitor’s display of colours is accurate. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only – not all designs and options shown may be available. The descriptions and information supplied is true to the real product at time of website publication, and Your Home Depot reserves the right to make corrections to errors and omissions. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, subject to relevant GST, and percentage savings are based on suppliers' Recommended Retail Price. Please note that prices and bonus offers are available only while stock lasts. Customers should assume accessories are not included unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS POLICY
Your Home Depot will gladly replace any goods that are delivered to their destination in a faulty or damaged condition. Customers must lodge a notification of their intention to return a good to the Customer Care Department within 24 hours of the product’s delivery. The Customer Care Department can be contacted by telephone on 02 9899 2893 or via e-mail on enquiry@yourhomedepot.com.au, and will provide instructions as to how to return the product to Your Home Depot. When contacting Customer Care, please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Email Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Daytime contact number
  • Photo attachment for email (if product is damaged)
Your Home Depot will exchange any unused undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase transaction if the product is returned in its original packaging and is submitted with proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt, and/or packaging slip). Your Home Depot does not reimburse delivery and handling charges where a customer has made an incorrect choice regarding a product, and customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk. We also ask that you include a note explaining the reason for the product return, together with a daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Care Department can contact you. Our friendly staff will be in contact to organize a refund where Your Home Depot is unable to replace or exchange returned goods. Refunds can be reimbursed to your credit card, or by posting a cheque.

This site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that Your Home Depot shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Your Home Depot harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED ORDERS
Your Home Depot uses an ordering system that has been integrated with the Australia Post E Parcel system. Customers are advised to ensure that the supplied delivery address is correct, as parcels that have the incorrect address will automatically be returned to Your Home Depot, at a cost for additional postage and $10 administration fee, payable by the customer. It is also important to note that shipping fees are non-refundable in most circumstances unless the product has been delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.
