DELIVERY INFORMATION
Estimated delivery times within Australia are 2 to 10 working days. Your parcel will be delivered by either Australia's parcel post service or a Courier during normal business hours. Upon delivery the goods must be signed for, if there is no one at the location at the time of delivery a delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable deliver time. Under no circumstances does Your Home Depot ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time.
Special delivery instructions can be made; however, the request will only be met if it is within Australia Post and our courier's requirements and delivery procedure. It must also be understood that special delivery instructions are undertaken at the customer's risk and the customer has all responsibility for the instructions.
If you request to pick up your order from our store, rather than have it delivered, you will be required to present a copy of the invoice as well as photo ID before receiving the goods. A copy of the ID and your signature may be required. This is to ensure your security in ordering online and that only you, the customer, can claim the goods you have paid for.

Order Status and Tracking
You can follow the fulfilment status of your order from the My Account section of our website. After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with an Australian eParcel tracking number.
